PlanGovernance™ facilitates compliance with the applicable ERISA fiduciary and documentation requirements, which streamlines your ESOP administration and minimizes your legal exposure. Some highlights include the ability to:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, prepare minutes and create resolutions.
